MN SLA Holiday Party & Silent Auction
Dear SLA Members, On Monday, December 8, 2014 , the St. Kate's Special Library Association Student Group will be hosting a Silent Auction fundraiser at the SLA Holiday Party to raise funds for a scholarship. This scholarship will help send a St. Kate's MLIS student to the 2015 SLA Annual Conference in Boston. We would love your help with donations! We are looking for a variety of items, including: Hand-crafted items - jewelry, purses, scarves, quilt Gift baskets - wine/liquor, bath items, BBQ tools Tickets to sporting or cultural events - MN Wild, MN Twins, Guthrie Memberships - museums, cultural Photography or Artwork An hour of housecleaning service or some babysitting Gift certificates - gas stations, restaurants, coffee/tea shops, movie theaters, book retailers, pet stores, craft stores, Home Depot, Best Buy, any place you frequent Anything YOU WOULD like to bid on!
