Minnesota Historical Society Library Tour

Join the St. Kate's SLA student group for a unique tour of the Minnesota Historical Society Library. Librarian Brigid Shields will introduce us to the library's collections, including behind-the-scenes areas not open to the public. In preparation for the 2008 elections, we'll hear about what the library holds on well-known Minnesota political personalities. Attendees will have the opportunity to see museum exhibits after the tour. What: Tour of the Minnesota Historical Society Library. Where: Minnesota History Center, 345 W. Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55102-1906 When: Tuesday, October 28, 2008. Tour 6:00pm-7:15pm, time to visit museum exhibits until 8:00pm. Cost: No cost to attend; the History Center's parking lot is a pay lot. In order to receive tickets to the exhibits, attendees will need to indicate their attendance in advance, so keep an eye out for event registration!
