Enjoy refreshments and networking with chapter members throughout the night. St. Catherine University SLA Student Group is hosting a silent auction with funds raised being used to support a scholarship for a St. Kate Student to attend the 2013 SLA Conference in  San Diego. In addition, the MN chapter is holding a raffle at the event for a one year student membership to SLA. Support Our Student Scholarship Fund for the SLA Annual Conference

On Wednesday, December 12, 2012, the St. Kate’s Special Library Association Student Group will be hosting a Silent Auction fundraiser at the Holiday Party event sponsored by MALL and SLA in the Ballroom at St. Kate’s Coeur de Catherine in St. Paul to raise funds for a scholarship. This scholarship will help send a St. Kate’s MLIS student to the SLA Annual Conference being held in San Diego in 2013. We would love your help with donations! Job Opportunity: Librarian II/Law Library at Washington County

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Master’s Degree in Library Science  or equivalent AND Two years of professional Librarian experience Must have own means of reliable transportation for business purposes; individuals operating a motor vehicle for county business must possess a valid driver's license.  RESPONSIBILITIES :  Provides assistance and instruction to Law Library customers on using electronic databases, internet, library catalog, and library collection.
